The Coconut Cove Guest House was built in the year 1939 and completely renovated in 2004. The hotel is located in the Las Olas Beach area and is only a half block from both the beach from the water taxi service. The resort is a landmark and example of south Floridian architecture. The three story resort is covered with a green courtyard and features wooden verandas and louvered doors.

The guest rooms are well equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet access, king or queen beds that are custom made, and computer connections. There are also 16 inch pillow top mattresses, full kitchen, complete bathroom, color TV with VCR or DVD and daily maid service. Enjoy the newspaper sitting at the deck bar or on the veranda. The hotel offers non-smoking rooms but smoking is allowed in the courtyard. Guest rooms also include iron and ironing board, refrigerator, free local phone calls and a couch sofabed.
