Hollywood Beach
Hollywood’s 6-mile long beach has been a popular destination for tourist from all over the world since the beginning of the 20th century. Built in the 1920s, Hollywood’s Broadwalk promenade has recently been refurbished. The area has been constantly expanding with new hotels, cozy family-run restaurants and fancy boutique shops. Hollywood beach is best described as having plenty of sunshine throughout the day, a warm climate, wonderful Blue Wave designated beaches and numerous art galleries, shops and dining spots. Car park facilities have been improved recently with the addition of another multi-story parking garage, which is located adjacent the beachfront Charnow Park. The park features picnic pavilions, shady places to hide from the warm sunny rays, playgrounds, pint-sized climbing wall and an interactive splash fountain for the youngsters.
