The beaches of South Florida are ranked as some of the best beaches in the world. Not only are they renowned as great vacation destinations, they are also clean as rated by the Clean Beaches Council.

There are three main beaches around Hollywood, starting in the north with Dania Beach which begins at the edge of Port Everglades.  The beach continues uninterrupted into Hollywood beach.  Hollywood beach is accompanied by an over 2.5 mile long boardwalk (broadwalk) that runs next to the beach.  Hollywood beach blends into Hallandale beach just south of the Diplomat Resort.  Hallandale beach then turns into Golden beach which turns into Sunny Isles Beach and then North Miami Beach and finally ending at the popular South Beach in Miami.
